Ashe Senior Village, Inc. is a non-profit agency providing attractive and efficient housing forlow-income elderly and handicapped adults.
Our management agency, Ashe Services for Aging, Inc., has been providing quality services to Ashe County’s Senior Citizens since 1977.
Apartment Design
Ashe Senior Village, Inc. is located on a large, well-maintained campus. The proximity of the complex to the Ashe Services for Aging Senior Center provides housing residents with the opportunity to participate in all Senior Center activities, including congregate meals, educational programs and classes.
Exterior apartments all have entrance doors leading directly to the outside with convenient parking. Interior apartments have doors leading directly to our beautiful courtyard. All apartments connect to interior hallways. Our facility offers two attractive community areas, one with access to kitchen and dining, laundry facilities, and a common area courtyard.
When an Ashe Senior Village resident is asked about their decision to move to the Village, you’re likely to hear, “I wish I had moved sooner!” Our resident’s reasons for saying this are as varied as the residents themselves. Many have chosen to enrich their retirement years by moving to the Village where a broad range of services and amenities allow them more time for the things they really want to do. For others, the obligations of household maintenance became too costly and burdensome. And in some instances, the decision to move was based on the opportunity for new experiences and friendships.
